Rod and Tube
Compression moulded rod and tube in pure PTFE and Crossley Crossflon ® filled compounded grades.

Moulded Rod and Tube
Rods from 8mm to 30mm diameter, 1000mm long.
Heavy walled tubes 20mm to 700mm outside diameter, various lengths.

Ram Extruded Rod and Tube
Rods 10mm to 50mm outside diameter, 2000mm long.
Tubes 25mm to 100mm outside diameter, 2000mm long.

Auto-moulded Components
Simple shapes, auto-moulded in PTFE and Crossflon filled grades, in high volumes at economic costs.

Production Capacity

C.N.C: Turned parts from 10mm diameters up to 250mm diameter. Auto bar feed up to 50mm diameter.
Semi-auto C.N.C: Parts in low to medium volumes, utilizing our skilled setters and turners operating to the latest NC systems for repeatability and pre-set standard tooling for economic set up costs.
Centre Lathes: Single and multiple turned parts in size ranges from 10mm diameter up to 1300mm diameter.
C.N.C Millings: Two directional, 250mm (‘y’ axis) x 740mm (‘x’ axis)
Fabrications: Mechanical assembly and welding of engineering polymers, and metal to polymer sub assemblies.
Etching and Bonding: Chemical etching of Fluoroplastics to facilitate bonding to metal and elastomer sub-structures.
